PIPE CORE EPOXY RESIN

Pipe Core Epoxy Resin is a 2-component, solvent-free, unfilled and pigmented epoxy resin system.

Utilising the variety of Epoxy Resin Hardeners, the user benefits from the optimum reactive resin system with the appropriate pot life for the most varied construction site conditions and temperatures.

Pipe Core Epoxy Resin has extremely good penetration and impregnation properties, resulting in excellent liner strength, so that the creep tendency and the modulus of elasticity will meet test criteria.

Designed, tested and manufactured in Germany, all product variants exhibit low viscosity and are capillary-active.

PIPE CORE SUPERFLEX LINER

Pipe Core SuperFlex Liner is designed for relining small-diameter pipes from DN40 to DN150.

It is also capable of navigating 90° bends and diameter changes (e.g. DN100 to DN125) with ease. Made from flexible polyester with a polyurethane coating, it’s a reliable solution for non-pressure pipeline rehabilitation.

PIPE CORE PROLINER

Pipe Core ProLiner is known for its durability and strength. Made from flexible polyester needle felt hose with polyurethane coating, available from DN80 to DN300.

ProLiner is super flexible, strong and offers little friction when inverting.

PIPE CORE JUNCTION LINER

Flexible polyester knitted hose with polyurethane coating, available from DN100 to DN300 in 45° or 90° connections.

Pipe Core Junction Liner is flexible and versatile for the rehabilitation of non-pressure pipelines. Custom sizes are available on consultation with Pipe Core.

PIPE CORE LIGHT CURE RESIN

Pipe Core Light Cure Resin is a low viscosity, highly reactive UV curing resin based on methacrylate esters and is styrene free.

Pipe Core Light Cure Resin resin has been developed for UV CIPP and is suited for both on-site and pre impregnated liners.

The chemical composition of Pipe Core Light Cure Resin ensures good chemical resistance performance, while also having a high flash point (>95 °C), which guarantees no VOCs emission or high levels of smell.

PIPE CORE SILICATE RESIN

Pipe Core Silicate Resin is a high-performance, two-component resin system designed for the repair and rehabilitation of damaged buried sewage pipes. Ideal for short liner installations, it is compatible with pipes made of concrete, reinforced concrete, stoneware, fiber cement, cast iron, and GRP.

The resin-soaked glass fiber fabric is positioned at the damaged area using a packer, effectively sealing cracks, leaky pipe connections, and structural defects while ensuring long-lasting durability. Suitable for wastewater drainage in accordance with DIN 1986-31.

PIPE CORE FIBREFLEX LINER

Pipe Core Fibreflex liner is a flexible triple layered knitted E-Glass hose with polyurethane coating, available from DN70 to DN300.

Designed, tested and manufactured in the United Kingdom, FibreFlex Liner is flexible, versatile and perfect for a wide range of CIPP applications.
